Storm clouds hover over Cathedral Rock near Sedona, Arizona. This iconic area usually is photographed in the late day light. But this scene was so different it was irresistible.
Aspen turn bright yellow in the Hart Prairie north of Flagstaff, Arizona. There were lots of other people here, mostly on the other side of these trees. I could hear them, but fortunately could hardly see them. I wondered if I was screwing up their photos like I hoped they weren't getting in mine.
This barn-burner sunset was taken at the Spur Cross Ranch Preservation Area in the Winter of 2012.
