Fall on the Salt River

A popular summer time activity is tubing down the Salt River. Bulldog Rock is the starting point for many people seeking relief from the intense summer heat of the Sonoran Desert. The water is pretty cold coming out of from under the nearby Saguaro Lake dam. It's a curious experience... you freeze on the backside and fry on the topside.
