PHOENIX SKYLINE SUNSET |
I rushed out of the house on Thankgiving day to shoot Piestewa Peak because I could tell it was going to be a beautiful sunset. When I arrived I was held up by a mountain rescue. I sat outside the park gate in the truck while they brought the injured hiker down and the light fizzled. So it was on to plan B and I made my way to this vista. The sunset was very nice and I enjoyed watching the lights of the valley come up and the evening settle in. I would have stayed longer but wasn't sure I'd be able to see my way back since I had forgotten to bring a flashlight. Lesson learned! |
