There was something odd about these two blue recycling bins at the Chinde Point picnic area. The ramadas and sidewalks were designed into a symetrical, semi-circle placed right up against the bluff.

The picnic area was the calmest place I would be all day on this extremely windy day. And thankfully so. But It was kind of weird standing in completely calm air while the wind howled like a banchee above.
