The park headquarters was closed, so... no park map. I drove around a while before I realized the good stuff was on the south road. This is the Monument Overlook. The light was fleeting and I had to work quickly. Sometimes I can use a small amount of light moving across an area to illuminate the whole scene. This shot is a perfect example. I panned from left to right and followed the light as it moved with the clouds.
