LOW WATER AT BARTLETT LAKE |
The lake was at 41% when I took this photo in Nov '09. The lake had been lowered for dam maintenance. Horizonal lines along the shoreline show the retreating water levels. I had only seen the lake lower during an extended drought period in the early 2000s. |
